The Carolina Hurricanes are bringing back defenseman Mike Reilly on a one-year, two-way contract. Reilly will be paid $850,000 on the NHL level or $450,000 on the American Hockey League (AHL) level.
The 2026 Stanley Cup champion recorded one goal and eight assists for nine points in 42 regular season games. He added two assists in two playoff appearances with the club.
The 33-year-old blueliner has totaled 19-114-133 in 460 career NHL games with the Hurricanes, Minnesota Wild, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators, Boston Bruins, Florida Panthers and New York Islanders.
