Adam Gold is a 20+ year veteran of Raleigh sports radio. He has been nationally recognized among the top Sports/Talk shows for the past ten years.
He was honored by the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters (Best Show of 2015). He is also an Emmy winner for his role in a multi-platform documentary examining the influence of money in collegiate sports.
In 2021, Adam was named North Carolina Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sports Media Association.
Raised in the New York City metro area, Adam started his radio career in Washington, DC, where he was the studio producer for the Larry King Show. He also worked in the Boston market before moving to Raleigh.
In addition to his daily show, Adam is the beat reporter for the Carolina Hurricanes. His Canes Corner podcast is among the most popular on the Capitol Broadcasting network.
Adam and his wife reside in Oxford with two sons, one dog, and three horses.
